IS IT EASY TO RETURN ITEMS?
Returning with iLux Lashes is super simple! All that is needed to complete a return or exchange is your name, order number, email used during the purchase and reason for return or exchange. Please reference your 5 digit order number on your confirmation email. Submit your return request! Once your return is approved, you’ll receive your return instructions and a prepaid shipping label (if selected) via email.
HOW SOON WILL I GET MY REFUND OR EXCHANGE?
Once your package is received, returns and exchanges may take up to 10 business days to process. Once the credit/refund is issued by our support department, it may take 5-10 business days to reflect back in to your statement, depending on your bank. For exchanges, once the replacement item is shipped, you will receive an email with updated USPS tracking information.
IS MY ORDER ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN OR EXCHANGE?
Orders purchased 7 days from the receipt date are eligible for a return or exchange.
- Products that are unused and unopened.
- No visible signs of use including lash glue or any discrepancy with the product.
- Products must be in original packaging.
WHAT ITEMS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE?
- Items marked as final sale.
- Discontinued Items.
- Partial return of gift sets.
- Free Gifts or Promotional Items.
- Products from orders you have not received.
